It was wild working with the very fast-paced AI and computer vision startup, MOVRS. They’ve created the secret sauce to capture motion data without expensive studios and spandex suits, which means they can deploy their technology out in the real world and bring it to completely new markets.
Their first big push has been partnering with sports properties to create “Next Gen Sports Experiences” for broadcasts and interactive fan engagement, but trying to explain what the tech was capable of was leaving lot of blank stares. To help them communicate the abilities and benefits of their platform, we were tasked with coming up with a visual language to show how the technology can create more engaging content for analysis and storytelling within sports productions.
On a tight deadline we jumped in and crafted a captivating proof-of-concept video, seamlessly blending actual footage and motion data from their systems with 3D avatars and virtual environments generated from the captured motion data.
This flagship video, along with a series of six sports-specific videos and a new logo tagline, are now featured in their company branding, social media, website design, and pitches. They’re used by the team daily as they continue to introduce their technology to the world and expand into new markets.
MOVRS will now enable NBC Sports to augment its live sports programming with enhanced bio-mechanical statistical analysis. This new technology will also be integrated into this year's Olympics broadcast.
